The VC-25A SAM 29000 has reportedly completed its final official-duty flight, returning President Trump
from the G7 conference after 40 years of service across seven U.S. presidents and countless miles worldwide. The aircraft primarily served as a backup aircraft for SAM-28000.
While SAM-29000 will be retired, her sistership, SAM-28000, is expected to remain in service as backup aircraft for the donated VC-25B until the VC-25Bs enter operation.
To commemorate this milestone, we will release limited-edition models featuring the new magnetic
undercarriage. The SAM-29000 model will include a retirement coin, and the SAM-28000 model will also include a collector’s coin.
