Hell’s Angels were the 3rd Squadron of the famous Flying Tigers. During World War II, they operated mainly on the Pacific Front. The Curtiss P-40B Warhawk was one of WWII’s most produced aircraft, with more than 13,000 delivered by the end of the war. The aircraft was designed to be both a fighter and ground attack plane. The P-40B flew at a maximum speed of 360 mph. It was armed with six 12.7-mm machine guns, and could carry up to 2,000 lbs. of bombs.
